Session Description:
In this session we will develop strategies to implement the Strategic Plan. The operational plan will be used as a guide for implementation of the plan. It will have documented the actions needed, schedules and timelines, and resources needed (human and financial) to carry out the plan. Participants will learn the process of developing an evaluation plan and learn how to monitor the plan.Session Objectives:
At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Design an effective mechanism to monitor its implementation
- Develop a basic evaluation plan
- Ensure that the Strategic Plan is being implemented as planned

Technology Requirements: Participants registering for programs should have access to the following technology for best viewing and participation:
