Session Description:
In this session we will identify the critical elements needed for the strategic plan. Participants will learn the importance of developing clear Vision and Mission statements, defining Goals and Objectives, identifying Critical Success Factors and developing effective timelines. Participants will learn how to put them together into a Strategic Plan.Session Objectives:
At the end of this presentation, participants will be able to:
- Develop and prioritize goals and objectives and connect them to organizational mission
- Connect the strategic plan with program outcomes
- Formulate a strategic plan
- Translate the strategic plan into an operational plan

Technology Requirements: Participants registering for programs should have access to the following technology for best viewing and participation:
