Session Description:
Dr. Andy Albritton from the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine will discuss the principles of teaching and evaluating students in a busy practice.
Session Objectives:
By the end of the presentation, community health providers will:
- describe strategies to more effectively integrate learners into a busy practice
- discuss strategies to be a more effective teacher in the clinical setting
- describe and apply the RIME model of evaluation
- describe and apply the principles of feedback
