Program Description
EmpowerHealth is a Healthcare Georgia Foundation Capacity Building Grant Program. The goal of EmpowerHealth is to help health nonprofits strengthen their organizational capacity and to improve the ability of both staff and board members to operate at an optimal level to provide better results. The Foundation partners with nationally recognized TCC Group to help implement the EmpowerHealth Grant Program. At the core of the program is the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT), TCC Group's evidence-based organizational assessment instrument. The CCAT is an online assessment widely used throughout the United States that measures a nonprofit organization's effectiveness. In this webinar, TCC Group will provide an overview of the theoretical components underlying the CCAT, and walk participants through the steps of taking the assessment.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
1. Articulate key concepts behind the CCAT (i.e., four core capacities, the organizational lifecycle)
2. Understand the steps needed to start and complete the CCAT and where to go for help
