Program Description
The presentation will provide data driven outcomes resulting from the Rural Hospital Stabilization Program. Evidence will be shared from Phase 1 & Phase 2, as well as the current status of Phase 3. Georgia is leading the Nation in financially supporting rural hospitals in grant funded efforts to reduce costs, waste and improve patient outcomes and increased revenue.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
- Identify the interventions that could be applied to a hospital or complimentary service provider to reduce costs, improve quality, improve the financial position of providers.
- Identify opportunities for health care provider collaboration for mutual benefit to reduce waste
- Illustrations of evidence based findings from implemented efforts
