Program Description
This webinar will provide a valuable overview of healthcare quality improvement work happening all across Georgia. We will also gather feedback from webinar participants on the community health and quality improvement initiatives they are prioritizing in their communities.
Learning Objectives
At the end of the presentation, attendees should be able to:
- Highlight the quality improvement initiatives at the Georgia Department of Public Health Chronic Disease Prevention Section
- Illustrate the work of the Georgia Department of Community Health, its Care Management Organizations and other stakeholders to improve the quality of care for Medicaid beneficiaries
- Summarize the quality improvement work of Alliant GMCF with Medicare beneficiaries and providers in Georgia
