Program Description
How can you select evidence-based approaches that are compatible with your community? Strategic criteria for selecting EBAs that fit your community will be presented in this webinar, including audience characteristics, fit with mission, leadership support, and organizational readiness. We will also define implementation fidelity, steps in program adaptation, and what likely can be changed in an EBA while maintaining fidelity. This content will lead us into planning for implementing and evaluating EBAs which is the third session topic to follow.
