Program Description

How do we implement and evaluate an evidence-based approach? Once an EBA is adopted, high quality implementation planning and evaluation is key to increase the likelihood of successful health outcomes. This session covers action planning, evaluation steps, and tools such as the RE-AIM framework as they apply to implementation of EBAs.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the presentation, attendees should be able to:
- Discuss the importance of community engagement, partnerships, and collaborations to implement and evaluate programs
- Describe key tasks in planning, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance
- Develop an implementation and evaluation work plan integrating RE-AIM measures that match program objectives and activities
