During this interactive webinar, three Georgia-based community health experts will hare their experiences, successes, and challenges in addressing health equity in their work with vulnerable populations and community coalitions in the metropolitan Savannah area, Lumpkin County, and other rural communities in in the state

o Understanding literacy's critical link to health promotion among vulnerable populations
o Tools and resources to help low literacy populations navigate the healthcare experience
